Class Teacher should have a knowledge of how many students have paid the Fee, How many have not yet paid the fee, reason for the delay, If the child is a new comer, whether he has submitted his Transfer Certificate, if not you should ask him to produce his T.C., how many have purchased books. Attendance should be maintained well, should write the names Alphabetically in the attendance, Names should be written by the Class Teachers only, you should not take this work from the students. If the child is continuously absent from June that child's name should be written at the last, if the child has taken T.C don't continue his name for the next month. There should not be any re writing or scratches in the Attendance as well as the Marks Card. If your Attendance is torn, wrap it and paste the class label to your Attendance. When the school bell goes teacher should send the students in line. Every day Home work should be given for three subjects, two subjects will be given as writing and one subject for reading or learning Question & Answers. Every Language teacher should give copy writing and check them regularly, Every Saturday you should give printed copy writings. Weekly once you should take Grammar, Every Teacher should motivate the students how to behave with the teachers, parents and with the elders and their youngers, teach them to maintain discipline, to respect the elders, how to talk with the elders, should not damage the school property, should come in neat and full uniform, should cut the hair if necessary, should wash their socks and school dress regularly, should take bath daily, Every teacher should put your efforts to improve the speaking skills among the students. If the child comes late to the school regularly he/she should call their parents and talk to the Head Mistress until they get permission from the H.M they ae not allowed to the class, the same thing applies for the absentees for mote than two days.
